Summary
CCL21 is downregulated in stroma during inflammation of the lymph node. The factors controlling this repression are unknown. ATAC-seq was performed on naïve and inflamed lymph node fibroblasts to elucidate the signals controlling CCL21 downregulation and other lymph node stromal inflammatory programs.
