Summary
Transgelin expression in colorectal cancer has been reported to correlate with patient prognosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the function of Transgelin in fibroblasts of colorectal cancer. As a method, we assessed whether knockdown of Transgelin alters the expression of the gene.
