Transcriptional profiling of aged and young mouse hearts [scMulti-ome]

GSE281772 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing; Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2025/11/11 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Cardiac aging is a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, yet the underlying molecular mechanisms remain poorly understood. In this study, we employed a multi-omics approach combining single-nucleus RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS) to comprehensively characterize the cellular and molecular landscape of cardiomyocyte (CM) aging in mice.
