gene expression profiles of Col1α1+Vldlr+ and Col1α1+Vldlr- TSPCs

GSE282034 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/11/11 Platform GPL17021
Summary
We here report Reln-VLDLR receptor-ligand interactions are the primary mechanism for communication between lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) and tendon stem/progenitor cells (TSPCs). The depletion of Vldlr results in impaired tendon regeneration.Specifically, lymphoangiocrine Reelin interacts with Col1α1+Vldlr+TSPCs to activate Notch1-Srebf2 mediated cholesterol metabolism loop, maintaining TSPC stemness and enhancing tendon regeneration.
