A transcriptome atlas of spleen defines B lymphocytes as strategy to prevent ocular infection of herpes simplex virus-1

GSE282612 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2025/12/31 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Herpes simplex virus-1 (HSV-1) is the major pathogen causing viral keratitis. Spleen plays a vital role in locally and systemically modulating innate and adaptive immunity. However, the underlying connection between spleen and ocular HSV-1 infection remains uncertain.
