Summary
We discovered direct targets of miR-497-5p through biotinylated miRNA pull-down of target mRNA molecules from a epithelial subtype derived diffuse pleural mesothelioma (DPM) cell line (H2052). The pulldowns were done side by side with RNA-seq to capture the effects of miRNA on the transcriptomes of the DPM cells.
