Single-cell analysis reveals transcriptomic difference between keloid and normal human tissue

GSE282885 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/11/11 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Keloids are pathological scars characterized by their invasive growth. Currently, keloids remain a therapeutically challenging condition in clinical practice, with high recurrence rates and resistance to treatment, leading to suboptimal therapeutic outcomes. There is a clinical need for new treatment strategies and targets.
