Effect of Vitamin D Modulation on the TH2 Cell Transcriptomic Landscape

GSE282941 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 22 samples 2024/11/27 GPL17021
Summary
This dataset profiles the transcriptional response of in vitro polarized TH2 cells treated with calcitriol (active vitamin D) and vehicle controls. RNA-seq was used to identify differentially expressed genes influenced by vitamin D signaling. This study provides insight into the molecular mechanisms through which vitamin D modulates immune responses in TH2 cells.
