Summary
The mechanism by which MMP28 regulates cytokine secretion remains unclear. In our previous study, we found that MMP28 can regulate the expression and secretion of IL-8 and VEGFA in pancreatic cancer cells, and in order to further explore the specific mechanisms involved, we performed transcriptome sequencing.
