Gene expression analysis of SRBD1-deficient U2OS cells

GSE283162 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/12/19 Platform GPL24676
Summary
SRBD1 (S1 RNA-binding domain-containing protein 1) is a protein of unknown function. Genome-wide association studies have linked SRBD1 variants to an increased risk of glaucoma. SRBD1 has sequence and predicted structure similarity to histone chaperones and proteins that regulate transcription. The aim of this study was to determine if inactivating SRBD1 causes changes in gene expression.
Published in
SRBD1 facilitates chromosome segregation by promoting topoisomerase IIα localization to mitotic chromosomes
