Summary
This sub-study investigated the cellular and molecular effects of oral roflumilast treatment on psoriatic skin. Patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis were allocated 1:1 to monotherapy with oral roflumilast 500 μg QD or placebo in a company-independent, randomized clinical trial (the PSORRO study, ClinicalTrials.gov NCT04549870).
