Summary
We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to dissect the heterogeneity of lung cells from mice exposed to papain, with or without co-administration of TLR ligands or bacterial extracts, identify key transcriptional signatures associated with type 2 inflammation, and uncover molecular changes induced by cross-regulatory signals.
