Effect of EDC exposure on differentiation of iPSC derived stem cell islets

GSE285036 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/02/11 Platform GPL24676
Summary
This project investigates the impact enodcrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) on differentiation toward stem cell derived islets. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed on EDCs treated and non-treated islets differentiated from iPSCs to SC-islets. By comparing the transcriptomic profiles of these islets, the study aims to uncover molecular mechanisms affected by EDCs treatment, and the impact on SC-islet fate.
