Summary
Bulk RNA-sequencing of 60 muscle samples from C57Bl/6NCrl males gavaged every 4 days for 84 days with 0.1 to 10 µg/kg TCDD or sesame oil vehicle, half of whom were exposed to ~70 mg/kg/day of simvastatin (n=5 per dose). Gavaging and tissue collection occurred between ZT0-3.
