Summary
In this study, we set out to identify m6A modified nascent transcription under Hypoxia in parallel with Normoxia by EU labeling coupled with MeRIP-seq. By comparing Hypoxia and Nomoxia, we identified 5,873 m6A sites specific under Hypoxia.
