Genomewide profiling of differentially H3K4me3 marked genes in colon cancer cells versus normal colon epithelial cells.

GSE286296 Homo sapiens Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 10 samples 2025/04/02 GPL20301
Summary
To identify differentially marked genes with a narrow or broad H3K4me3 pattern, we performed ChIP-seq using formaldehyde crosslinked chromatin from three colorectal cancer cell lines and normal colonic epithelial cell line and was digested with micrococcal nuclease to the extent that 70% of the chromatin was cleaved to mononucleosomes.
