Summary
To further investigate how DOPAC regulates mitophagy in CD8+ T cells by rescuing Nrf2 from Keap1-driven degradation, we conducted chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) to identify genome-wide Nrf2-binding loci.
