Summary
Cdk10 knockout significantly reduced CT26 tumor growth in immunocompetent BALB/c WT mice. To investigate how Cdk10 influences the tumor immune microenvironment in vivo, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on WT and Cdk10 KO CT26 tumors derived from immunocompetent BALB/c mice.
