Summary
The goal of this study was to assess the immunogenicity of different Cas9 formats and subsequently its impact on gene editing efficacies. We investigated the impact of unmodified and pseuoduridine-modified Cas9 mRNA and Cas9 RNP on the innate immune response of NHBE cells by analysing the transcription profiles of NHBE cells after the different treatments.
