Summary
We have used a single-cell sequencing approach to study the changes induced in the immune cells present in the tumor microenvironment of Lewis lung cancer (LLC) mouse tumors treated with a novel therapeutic strategy based on a dual inhibitor of G9a and DNMTs (CM272), a Bcl-XL inhibitor (A1331852) and anti-PD-1 (RMP1-14).
