Multigenerational cell tracking of DNA replication and heritable DNA damage (scRNA)

GSE288487 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/03/31 Platform GPL18573
Summary
The goal of this project was to analyze gene expression changes and gene expression heterogeneity at the single cell level upon DNA damage induced by ionizing radiation (IR). To this end, human U-2 OS cells were left untreated or exposed to 4 Gy of IR. 48 h after IR exposure, single cells were sorted into 384 well plates for scRNA-seq analysis.
