H3K4me3 perturbation in hematopoietic stem progenitor cells by high fat diet-induced obesity in mice

GSE291196 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 25 samples 2025/07/01 GPL30172
Summary
Obesity is associated with chronic inflammation. H3K4me3 is generally described as a transcription activating histone modification and implicated in trained innate immunity and gene signature during lineage commitment of developing cels. We studied the effect of diet-induced obesity on H3K4me3 marks in hematopoietic stem progenitor cells.
