Early life MES exposure inhibits testosterone production by upregulating TGF-β1 expression in mesenchymal cells by direct binding to GATA2

GSE291391 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/10/01 Platform GPL28330
Summary
In this study, we investigated the effects of early life exposure to C18-MES on the reproductive system of mice, and by measuring semen quality, testicular structure, blood-testicular barrier integrity, and sex hormone levels, we clarified the reproductive toxicity of C18-MES and revealed its specific molecular regulatory mechanism.
