NAT10 in Diabetic Cardiomyopathy in Exercise

GSE291716 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/06/01 Platform GPL17021
Summary
To investigate the role of NAT10 in diabetic cardiomyopathy in response to exercise, 6-week-old NAT10 floxed mice were fed a high-fat diet (HFD) for 18 weeks followed by low doses of STZ injections, some of the mice were then injected with AAV9-cTnT-Cre to knockout NAT10 in cardiomyocytes. There mice were then subjected to either sedentary or eight weeks of treadmill exercise. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq from RNAs pulldown with an ac4C antibody.
