Single cell RNA sequencing analysis following Kmt2c/Kmt2d and Pten knockout in mouse stomach mucosa.

GSE292432 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 10 samples 2026/04/27 GPL24247
Summary
KMT2C, KMT2D and genes in PI3K pathway are frequently mutated in gastric cancer. In this study, we developed genetically engineered mouse models to knock out these genes in stomach mucosa and observed development of pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions. To investigate cellular differentiation and transcriptional alterations, we performed single cell RNA sequencing three weeks post gene knockout.
