The effect of CPXM2-aligned collagen on gene expresssion and the intracellular signaling pathway in PaTu 8988t cells.

GSE292740 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/12/04 Platform GPL21290
Summary
Changes in the structure and composition of the extracellular matrix can influence intracellular signal transduction. We have observed that CPXM2 in the extracellular matrix is capable of aligning collagen. Then, does the alignment of collagen by CPXM2 affect gene expression and signaling pathway transduction in cancer cells? For this purpose, we treated cancer cells with an extracellular matrix containing CPXM2WT or CPXM2R213A for 24 hours and then subjected the cancer cells to RNA-seq.
