Targeting PACT to Broaden Antiviral Spectrum: The Role of Tubeimoside II in Modulating the RIG-I/MAVS/IRF-3 Signaling Pathway against Respiratory Viruses

GSE292752 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples 2026/05/27 GPL24247
Summary
Traditional pharmacological experiments cannot detect the effects of respiratory viruses on lung cells, but viral infections can cause complex remodeling of different types. In this study, single-cell mRNA sequencing (scRNA seq) technology was used to identify key cell populations after influenza virus infection and TBM II administration, and to explore potential genetic changes that may occur in these cells.
