Synthesis of a Novel Mitochondrial Fluorescent Probe - Killing Cancer Cells in Vitro and in Vivo

GSE293903 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/05/07 Platform GPL24676
Summary
To investigate the function and mechanism of mitochondrial probe molecule 4 (WT4, named MPM-1 in the manuscript) in inhibiting colorectal and lung cancers, we utilized SW480 cells treated with DMSO and mitochondrial probe molecule 4 (WT4, named MPM-1 in the manuscript), respectively.
