Single nuclear RNA sequencing reveals unique hepatocyte population in small bowel resection induced liver injury

GSE293958 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/11/14 Platform GPL34290
Summary
We employed a single nuclear RNA sequencing approach to study intestinal failure associated liver disease (IFALD) in a preclinical murine model of short gut syndrome. To understand pathogenesis of IFALD, we performed single nuclear sequencing of murine liver tissue from an preclinical murine model of short gut syndrome.
