Perturbation of epithelial and limbal stem cell identity in pathologic corneal neovascularization

GSE294213 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 3 samples Submitted 2026/08/03 Platform GPL24247
Summary
We have employed a single cell sequencing approach using 10x Genomics scRNAseq to study a corneal suture model that damages the epithelium and induces sustained inflammation and neovascularization, focusing on the impact to limbal epithelial stem cells. Additionally, we evaluated the potential of duloxetine, an FDA-approved medicine, in promoting wound healing and corneal homeostasis at the single-cell level.
