Summary
RNA sequencing of HepG2 was performed to explore the molecular basis of microprotein APPLE encoded by LncRNA ASH1L-AS1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In order to overexpress microprotein APPLE in HepG2, we constructed the overexpression plasmid containing open reading frame (ORF) of LncRNA ASH1L-AS1.
