Summary
To obtain the gene expression profiles of triple-negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells perturbed by NCD, we treated MDA-MB-231 with either DMSO or 5 μM NCD for 24 hours. By comparing the expression profiles of DMSO-treated cells with those treated with Nitidine Chloride, we can identify the genes affected by Nitidine Chloride.
