Transcriptional profiling of sensory cells of the murine gut and vagus nerve

GSE295033 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Other 20 samples 2025/10/27 GPL19057
Summary
Sensory cells of the gut epithelium and vagus nerve are key regulators of various physiological processes including satiety and metabolism. In this study, we profile sensory cells of the gut (enteroendocrine cells, EECs) and vagus nerve (neurons) using 10X Genomics single cell sequencing.
