Summary
To elucidate how the rs73375428 major allele impairs Aβ uptake and how argatroban rescues this impairment independently of thrombin inhibition, we performed RNA sequencing and bioinformatic analyses in iPSC-derived microglia(iMGL). These datasets provide insight into transcriptomic changes associated with FGL2 modulation and Alzheimer’s disease risk.
