Investigation of EMT Processes in Migrating Mammary Epithelial Organoids

GSE296474 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 15 samples 2026/05/01 GPL28330
Summary
Traditionally, it is believed that epithelial tissue migration must undergo the process of EMT (epithelial-mesenchymal transition). However, our research suggests otherwise. We sequenced samples from different migration stages and found that, during the process of epithelial collective migration, gene expression changes did not exhibit the EMT expression pattern.
