Elucidating the impact of chemotherapy on skeletal progenitors [RNA-seq MSPC]

GSE296758 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 11 samples 2026/06/15 GPL24247
Summary
Mice receiving cyclic doxorubicin (DOX) treatment exhibited long-term skeletal defects. Lineage tracing experiments revealed loss of osteogenesis from bone marrow mesenchymal stem and progenitor cells. We performed molecular characterization on MSPCs to understand the mechanisms underying MSPC dysfunction folloiwng DOX treatment.
