Summary
We performed single-cell RNA/VDJ-sequencing of sorted CD8+ T cells from the blood of patients with HPV-unrelated head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. The corresponding cells were cultured with or without aCD3/aCD28-mediated TCR stimulation. Importantly, these patients were not treated on a clinical trial and are distinct from the other patients included in this study.
