Summary
Nintedanib, a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor, has been approved for patients with NSCLC who progressed following first-line chemotherapy. However, there are relatively few related studies on the treatment strategy of nintedanib combined with radiotherapy. This study aims to explore the effectiveness and mechanism of nintedanib combined with radiotherapy in both in vivo and in vitro experiments.
