Summary
We performed single-cell RNA sequencing on skin, wounded tissue, or wounded tissue subjected to mechanical strain. Wounds could be treated with focal adhesion kinase inhibitor (FAKI) hydrogels or in mice with FAK knocked out in the myeloid cells.
