Summary
24 hours after the designated treatment, the LLC cells in four groups cultured in a 60 mm dish underwent two washes with PBS. Subsequently, 1 ml of TRIzol reagent was introduced. The solution was pipetted until it appeared clear, after which the mixture was transferred to an EP tube and stored at -80°C. The samples were then transported to BGI on dry ice for gene sequencing. Sequencing commenced once the samples successfully passed quality control assessments.
