Summary
The proposal is to analyse global immunity genes in the RNA sequencing of the skin of patients with SARS-CoV-2 We analyzed 8 samples of skin samples from post-mortem patients from Covid-19 of Hospital das Clinicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP de Sao Paulo. To compare we used 5 skin biopsy from healthy controls, submitted to plastic surgery.
