Transcriptomic profiling of cardiac lymphatic endothelial cells in autoimmune myocarditis

GSE298225 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2025/10/31 Platform GPL24247
Summary
This study investigates how cardiac lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) respond to VEGF-C stimulation during autoimmune myocarditis in mice. The tissue from mouse hearts 3 weeks after disease induction and analyzed via bulk RNA sequencing. VEGF-C treatment significantly altered immune-related gene expression, particularly in macrophage regulatory pathways, highlighting lymphatic immunomodulation in myocarditis.
