Summary
Bulk RNA sequencing was performed to investigate gene expression differences among endothelial cells isolated from distinct regions of the mouse heart and tdTomato-positive and -negative endothelial populations in the liver. Heart endothelial cells were collected from adult male wild-type C57BL/6 mice (10 weeks old), while liver endothelial cells were isolated from Ki67-CrexER, Cdh5-DreER, and R26-RL-tdT mice treated with tamoxifen at 8 weeks and collected at 10 weeks. Endothelial cells were isolated by flow cytometry, total RNA was extracted, and mRNA libraries were constructed. Sequencing was performed on the MGISEQ-2000RS platform. This dataset provides a resource for studying regional transcriptomic heterogeneity in cardiac endothelial cells and transcriptional differences in liver endothelial subpopulations.
