Summary
Transcriptional changes in liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs) from mutant mouse embryos lacking endothelial chromatin-remodeling enzymes need investigation. In this study, we compared the transcriptomes of CD146+ LSECs and the non-EC liver cells from control, Chd4fl/fl;Brg1fl/+;VE-cadherin-Cre+, Chd4fl/+;Brg1fl/fl;VE-cadherin-Cre+, and Chd4fl/fl;Brg1fl/fl;VE-cadherin-Cre+ mice at embryonic day 12.5. Our results show that inflammation-related gene expression is upregulated in endothelial mutants lacking Chd4 and returns to normal when both Chd4 and Brg1 are deleted.
