Summary
The goal of this study was to define the cohort of genes whose expression is regulated by SCD1 function in bladder cancer. Towards this goal, UMUC3 and SW780 cells stably knockdown SCD1 were established. In addition, a control cells was generated by transfection with empty vector. Subsequently, total RNA was isolated and then performed transcriptome RNA sequence.
