Summary
Myogenic progenitors were isolated by FACS using CD82, ERBB3, and NGFR from human iPSC-derived teratomas and cultured in vitro in the presence of either bFGF, EGF, NGF, or all three growth factors for 4 passages prior to RNA-sequencing.
