Summary
Bulk kidney RNA sequencing was performed on mouse kidneys after systemic MRSA infection. C57BL/6 male mice were injected via the tail vein with 5 x 10^7 CFU MRSA (USA300 JE2), and kidney tissues were harvested at days 0 (control), 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 16, and 23 post-infection.
