Summary
To explore the possibility that tumor development relies on a shared oncogenic facilitator rather than on specific SOX2 or SOX9 expression patterns, we performed bulk RNA sequencing of gastric tumors from Pou2f3-CreERT; Rb1fl/fl; Trp53fl/fl; LSL-MycT58A mice.
