Summary
This dataset features the single-nuclei RNA sequencing (snRNASeq) data from the left ventricle of mice hearts that were isolated post-myocardial infarction (MI) at different time points and were used for nuclei isolation, followed by RNA isolation and sequencing. The data provides insights into the gene expression changes that occur at the early (Week 1) and late (Week 4) phases of myocardial infarction in the mouse heart.
