Summary
WTAP knockdown alters gene expression in trophoblasts, notably downregulating YTHDF2 and upregulating NCOA4. These changes are linked to disrupted pathways in proliferation, migration, and oxidative stress, and are consistent with abnormal expression patterns observed in preeclampsia placental tissues.
